Assistance
The Park management suite is located next to Dorothy Perkins if you have any problems or suggestions or need any assistance. You may also wish to speak to a member of our Security team walking around the park.

Car Parking
We have over 1000 free and secure parking spaces for shoppers visiting The Quarry. The Quarry’s car park has been awarded a Park Mark Safer Parking Award. It received the award after an assessment which looked at how the car park was managed, levels of crime, access, surveillance, lighting and signs. The scheme is backed by the Association of Chief Police Officers and is managed by the British Parking Association.
Please note that although we strive to ensure safe, secure and well maintained parking facilities we would urge all shoppers to keep their vehicles locked and valuables out of sight. Vehicles and contents are left entirely at owner’s risk.

Hot drinks & Food
Why not take a break from your shopping, relax and enjoy a hot drink at Costa Coffee or Marks & Spencer cafe with ample space for the whole family or perhaps you may fancy a meal at the newly renovated KFC restaurant.

Currently there are no crèche facilities.
Toilet facilities
There are toilet facilities in Marks & Spencer, Boots, KFC and Sainsbury’s.
Baby changing facilities
There are baby change rooms at Marks & Spencer, Boots, Mamas & Papas and KFC.

If you have lost something while visiting The Quarry, Craigleith then please contact the management suite on (T) 0131 343 1144 or approach any store staff who will be able to put you in touch with Security.
Please note that we will ask for proof of ownership to make sure we return property to its rightful owner.
